Job Summary: As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological architecture and direction of our software products. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will lead architectural design initiatives, provide technical guidance to the development teams, and ensure that our solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. This role demands strong & deep technical knowledge, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance software architectures that meet current and future business requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices. Technology Evaluation: Conduct research and evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for. innovation and improvement within the software architecture. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and drive architectural decisions that align with business goals. System Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges through architectural optimizations and improvements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of software architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability. Quality Assurance: Define and implement strategies for ensuring the quality, reliability, and maintainability of software architectures through code reviews, testing frameworks, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with architectural decisions, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software architecture and related domains, and share knowledge with the broader team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software architecture design and implementation. Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed software architectures using modern technologies and design patterns. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar, along with hands-on experience with relevant frameworks (PHP) and tools. Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading architectural design initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements within project constraints. Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
