JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Sales Engineer ( Molds & Machindery)

Top 3 Goals :-

1- Converting leads into confirm purchase orders based on sales targets

2- Customer relation-ship management as per companies Laid systems

3- Ensuring goods are delivered & payments are received as per agreed PO terms

JOB PURPOSE :-

• Summarise in one statement why your job exists; and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organisation
• To bring purchase orders & ensure the sales target achievement

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :-

• List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.

EXPECTED END RESULTS :-

• Attending leads generated by Marketing team
• Self-generation of leads & RFQ from the established customers
• Follow ups till Deal is closed
• Customer Relationship management
• Prospecting, Presentation & Closure (PPC)
• Coordination in supply chain
• Installation
• MIS & Reports

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

B.E Mechanical/ Die & Mold diploma/ Auto cad is must . 2 years of experience in sales is must

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

Prompt, Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, liaising skills, excellent coordination skills with cross functional department.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Coordination among different parties
• Proficiency in fluent English speaking/writing
• Proficiency in Excel,
• CRM software
• Technical knowledge of Products (Will be given by company)
• Telephonic Selling / Appointment skills
