Responsible for hiring OPT/CPT candidates using Job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, etc.
Responsible to build a network of recent graduates from Universities and explaining them about our Training Program
Responsible to coordinate with the recruitment team till the consultant is on-boarded
Responsible to have a good command over technologies in the market
Responsible to post advertisements in university sites and various job portals
Responsible to Source, Negotiate and Enrol the candidates onto the training programs
Understand the skills, the consultants are having and advise them on relevant training programs available with the company
Should have good awareness of Immigration process and keep yourself updated
Responsible to interact with at least 40 students on an average day and guide them of our Classroom/Online Training Programs
Should have good hold of consultants and be the main POC for them to coordinate with them for any updates like interview schedules
Requirements and Eligibility Criteria
At least 1 year of experience in US Staffing industry from a reputed organization
Must have hands on experience and understand US IT Recruitment at large
Great communication and negotiation Skills
Having experience in using any established ATS system. JobDiva or CIEPAL is added benefit
Go-Getter attitude
