Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
Responsible to work with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT Consultants
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1 B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa
Ability to interact, develop tier-1 Vendor network and get the H1B/OPT/CPT candidates placed in minimal turnaround time
Responsible to analyze different Employment types w2, Corp to Corp, 1099
Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from Submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
Responsible to use Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder and social media Platforms.
Able to Handle and Turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals on to our W2 Consultants
Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities
Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing
Must be prompt in Responding on-time to consultants, Vendors and Clients
Coordinate with internal recruiting team for any new client or vendor requirements
Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placements done
Requirements and Eligibility Criteria:
Should be aggressive Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market
At least 1 year of experience in US Staffing industry as Bench Sales Recruiter from a reputed organization
Must have hands on experience and understand US IT Recruitment at large
Great communication and negotiation Skills
Having experience in using any established ATS system. JobDiva or CIEPAL or BullHorn is added benefit
Go-Getter attitude
Should be a graduate at least
