Job Description
- At least 3-5 years of relevant cloud experience in major consulting firms with hands on experience in relevant cloud technology portfolios.
- At least 3-5 years' experience with cloud management platform including developing, designing, migrating, deploying cloud-based solutions.
- Container experience with Docker or other container orchestration platforms.
- Having a strong customer service skill and problem-solving skills to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Preferred AWS Certified or MCSA holders.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
Technical background:
- Capable in architecting and maintaining production-grade system and cloud-based applications and technology.
- Has a diverse background in technical areas such as system architecture, software development, and knows how to navigate ambiguity, enjoy helping customers, and be able to work in a diverse and distributed system.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with application workload migration to the cloud, hands-on experience with implementing infra in the cloud such as Azure Cloud, AWS infra service such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC and CloudWatch etc, and experience in building high availability or high traffic infrastructure in the cloud.
- Able to work with a team of technical consultant, customer technical lead, client executive and partners to manage and delivery the support relevant issue pretending to the cloud scenario or organization's cloud environment.
- Collaborate with client teams to assess current architecture, design the future cloud architecture and develop a roadmap to implement.
- Work closely with Dev Ops team to integrate solutions into cloud based custom developed applications.
- Able to build production-ready container platform including Implement automated, containerize cloud application platform solution, e.g. Docker with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, images, security, logging, monitoring, high availability and system resilience.
- Able to adopt new technologies quickly, including container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, cloud storage and software define systems and applications.
- Participate in deep architectural discussion to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Act as a technical liaison between internal, customers, delivery and support teams.
