- EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS PREFERRED

Good customer management skills to reach right point of contact at first time, understand customers invoicing/payment process cycle
To achieve collections and recovery for assigned delinquent customers.
Excellent English Communication skill both written and verbal.
