Job Description

JD for IT Support.

1) Should be able to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.

2)Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.

3) Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.

4) Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage

5) Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns for employees.

6) Should be able to write and resolve SQL queries.

7) Thorough understanding of Network sytems/ Firewall / Computer Hardware is a must.

8) Hands on experience of working on ORION software would be an added advantage.

Education: BCA/MCA/BSCIT/MSc IT

Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in IT sector

CTC: Upto Rs.3.50 LPA (Depending on background and experience)
