URGENT HIRING :
PROFILE - FOOD COURT MANAGER
LOCATION - GUWHATI
EXPERIENCE - 2-5 YEARS
SALARY - UPTO 40K
QUALIFICATION - ANY GRADUATE /HOTEL MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Supervises employees on the proper instructions on food handling, cash handling and work safety rules.
- Provides on-going direction, supervision and mentoring to hourly staff. Monitor product quality and ensure high level of guest service.
- Ensures total compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.
- Responsible for completing documentation of employee performance and attendance issues in accordance with company policy and practice.
- Provides on-going direction, supervision and mentoring to hourly staff.
- Hands-on approach to cook times, quality and execution.
- Monitor product quality and ensures high level of guest service.
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems with MICROS Point of Sale (POS) systems, from both a hardware and software perspective.
- Responsible for supervising the opening, closing and balancing of any and all accounting practices, as necessary.
- Generates employee schedules and verifies employee time for outlet.
- Responsible for the on-going training, development, mentoring and supervision of hourly team members, as directed by department management.
- Responsible for the management of events from set-up to tear down, including handling all communication with hourly team members and guests.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends. Analyzes shift activity for areas of efficiency or improvement. Seeks opportunity for innovation and upselling. Recommends service or product improvements to management.
