Position Title: Sr. Network Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities
Network Services
Perform document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
Conduct design and implementation at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity,
routers, firewalls, and security.
Provide remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
Design and implement hosted and cloud solutions for Clients using technologies that
meet their requirements.
Administer and maintain remote monitoring and management system: update agent
scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.
Provide support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange,
SQL, SharePoint, etc.
Design and implement disaster recovery solutions.
Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
Provide IT support services related to issues with the internal systems and network
infrastructure.
Provide support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Professional I.T. Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP,
MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP

Technical Skills:


Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT
services
Diagnosis skills of technical issues
Other Skills & Abilities


Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Good verbal and written English
Experience:

7+ years with an I.T. services organization as a Network Engineer
Experience with Windows troubleshooting
Experience using a ticketing system
Valued Qualifications: Working knowledge of and experience with Autotask.
