Business Development Senior Specialist Summary of Role:

Join Amadeus Hospitality as a Sales & Business Development professional, where youll drive strong results within your region. Youll be accountable for achieving sales goals, developing effective strategies, and promoting our solutions. This role involves a mix of sales, strategy, account management, product feedback, and administrative tasks to ensure success.

In This Role Youll:
  • Promote Amadeus Hospitality and achieve sales goals in your assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and annual budgets.

  • Research industry trends and manage a portfolio of accounts.

  • Participate in industry and client events, acting as an ambassador and thought leader.

  • Promote and localize Amadeus Hospitality Solutions, representing customer needs.

  • Ensure timely payment of orders and manage sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

About the Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at industry events.

  • Knowledge of market conditions and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft suite.

  • Ability to manage accounts, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.

  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for promoting innovative solutions.
