Purpose of the Role: The Lead- HR Technology & HR Operations will be responsible for driving Digital Transformation Projects, driving technology integration and providing efficient, high-quality HR support services across the organization. This role acts as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, and is responsible for the processing of employee data, onboarding, benefits administration, and other essential HR functions, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for employees and managers. The role requires collaboration with various HR departments, as well as a deep understanding of HR processes and systems Principal Responsibilities 1.Employee Support: Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to employee inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, and in-person). Assist in resolving HR-related issues or escalate more complex queries to the appropriate HR department. 2.HR Administration: Manage end-to-end transactions of the employee lifecycle on HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Process employee changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and leave requests, in a timely and efficient manner. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Generate and manage reports and MIS for a workforce of 10,000+ employees. 3.Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up with necessary tools, resources, and information. Provide support for the offboarding process, including exit interviews and ensuring all documentation and equipment are returned. 4.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as system upgrades or process changes. 5.System Management: Maintain and update HR systems and platforms. Support the integration of new technologies or tools that improve HR services and operations. Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on data discrepancies. Education and Experience Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory 8-11 years years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a related HR field Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday, DarwinBox, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactor etc.) Has working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Values Collaboration Customer Obsession Frugality Innovation Grit Integrity Growing Talent,
