Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Effectively closing job openings by identifying and hiring top talent within stipulated timelines.
- Working across different domains to understand specific hiring requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Conducting and managing the selection process, including interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Utilizing various online mediums such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of recruitment activities and providing regular updates to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in multiple domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and software.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
