Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Manager to drive international business growth in the Nonwoven industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding export markets, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless global trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new international markets for nonwoven products.
Generate leads and close deals with global clients, distributors, and importers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries, complaints, and product requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with global customers.
Export Operations & Compliance:
Handle export documentation, shipping, and logistics coordination.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and foreign trade policies.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Marketing & Representation:
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote the brand.
Develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies for export growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for global markets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years in export sales, international business development, or B2B sales in the Nonwoven/Textile industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of nonwoven fabrics, spunbond, spunlace, meltblown, and technical textiles.
International Trade Expertise: Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international pricing, customs, and logistics.
Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in international sales, business development, and contract negotiation.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or Arabic are a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing strategies.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and business development.
