Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 9 years of experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys success. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to optimize customer experiences. Oversee the deployment and configuration of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Provide technical expertise in AEP RTCDP to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for Asset Management Operations. Ensure the effective management of Asset & Wealth Management processes to meet organizational goals. Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of technology. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the financial sector. Provide support and troubleshooting for any technical issues that arise. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive business growth. Qualifications * Must have extensive experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Should possess strong knowledge of Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Should have a proven track record of delivering successful technical projects in a similar role. Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Certifications Required Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP),
