JR63719 Process & Equipment Engineering Manager (Evergreen) Primary Responsibilities Management and Team Development Identify headcount needs, recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions Mentor employees and support their career growth, recognizing their strengths and building personalized development strategies for each team member. Establish goals, conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition, and drive accountability Develop and provide technical training to the team and groom each member to realize their fullest potential Offer guidance, mentoring, and training for all process team members and ensure they work safely. Process and Equipment Management Lead and manage the activities and operation of the Equipment/Process Engineering section Work together with other functional groups locally and globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives Ensure production equipment is in control and quality/reliability of the product meets expectations Sustain and improve key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects Reduce costs through continuous cost reduction efforts Ensure effective and efficient risk management strategies Define, develop, and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap Develop new capabilities ahead of needs Requirements 7+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry. Process and Equipment knowledge in Wire Bonding/ Die Attach and Encapsulation will be added advantages. Strong technical background in process and equipment engineering Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Ability to strictly determine and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
