- Position Title Assistant Manager Company Argenbright Master Holdings (AMH) India Shared Services center/ Global Capability Centre (AMH Services Private Limited) Division / Department Business Services Center (BSC) Location Gurgaon 1. Job purpose The role will be required to support the BSC Accounting ,Finance & Compliance Manager in performing overall accounting and finance management of the BSC (Business Service Centre) like accounting in Books, month end closing, MOM variance analysis, MIS preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, Direct Tax compliances , Indirect Tax Compliances and preparation of financial statement. The individual will help in building and strengthening the working relationship with regulators, bankers and auditors and will need to ensure that all financial activities are compliant with the statuary audit requirements. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Major Activities Financial Management Support the effective functioning of all Finance activities including accounting in Tally Prime, Quick Books , monthly closing of books, booking of accrual, prepaid, finance lease, depreciation, revenue computation etc. Support in MIS reporting, Month on month variance analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliation Ideal candidate should have good knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Advance tax, ITR, Tax audit & TP. Person should have prior experience of preparation of financial statement as per Schedule III & IGAAP, should have handled Statutory audit and internal audit in his previous role. Having an experience of tally ERP-9, FEMA compliance & non-STPI compliances is mandatory This role is fit for someone who want to build a career as Manager/ Senior Manager Accounts and Finance. AP and AR Rasing monthly Invoices to Foreign Stakeholders, post Closing of books of accounts. Monitoring Revenue realization in Forex, ensuring its conversion and credit to Bank account Filing of BRC in DGFT Portal for each remittance received against Invoices on monthly basis and coordinating with Consultants for getting GST refunds as AMH is a 100% Export Oriented Unit. Compliances & Internal control Reports to Head of Finance for all Compliances including Direct Tax , GST , Labour Law, Companies Act related , STPI related, Forex related compliances. Support Finance Head ensuring adherence to the internal controls. Stakeholder Management Performing timely and accurate reconciliations of various heads of balance sheet, Accruals of Expenses, Prepaid Sheets, Insurance , Depreciation and profit and loss account on monthly basis. Play a key role in building and strengthening the working relationship with regulators, bankers and auditors. Mandatory Skills/ Type of Work expected Detail Oriented for Accounting Technical Knowledge pertaining to Finance Compliance Focused Process Driven 3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Skills & Desired Experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience with proven track record of working in the Finance function of organizations for a service delivery organization (preferably a shared service setup) with large scale operational setup. Hands on experience of working on TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Advance tax, ITR, Tax audit & TP. Hands on experience of Accounting in Tally, preparation of financial statement as per Schedule III & IGAAP and dealing with statutory auditors. High motivation and enthusiasm to learn. Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be a plus. Ability to multitask and to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines Europe Shift working - with some stretch during peak days Educational Qualification/experience CA, MBA in Finance or relevant degree. 2+ years of experience,
