Job Description

    Role We are looking for candidates who will be able to understand business requirement, map out exact functional requirements and manage project delivery in close collaboration with IT partners. The candidate should be able to handle a team of operational experts and manage BAU expectations of the business. Key responsibilities as an Operational Manager and Project manager: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address any shortcomings Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across the team Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Plan, organize, execute and monitor the projects assigned to the teams. Preparing strategy and presenting ideas for stakeholders. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools, processes and systems. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for the team Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity Lead, motivate, and support operations team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Work closely with legal and infosec departments to ensure that processes remain compliant and work with audit teams to complete annual audit of the internal processes Candidate Profile & Work Experience Minimum 7-8 years of work experience as operational manager and project manager in BFSI/ITES etc Proven track record of leading and managing teams. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, drive key metrics in project delivery Strong skills in budget development and oversight Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented and results-driven. Essential Qualifications Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business is preferable or any other equivalent degree Salesforce admin certification PMO certification would be preferred Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).,
