Job Description
- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of digital advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance. Develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendations. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm changes. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending. Generate reports and insights to measure campaign success and recommend improvements. Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance ad performance. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation. Proficiency in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and quality score optimization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and reporting skills. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
