Must Haves: 5+ years experience in full cycle IT Project Management leading web development projects for a web agency Primary background/focus on Web Development projects Successful track record in delivering web projects on time and within budget. Expertise in CRM platforms and sales tools. Technical understanding and proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks (Net, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript) Strong PROVEN Customer Service Skills Project Management Certification Plusses: Zoho Multilingual: English, Gujarati, Hindi Master's degree Day-to-Day: Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead their web development team and drive the successful execution of web projects. This individual will play a pivotal role in project management, team leadership, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Technical Project Manager will report and work closely with the Head of Project Delivery, designers, developers, and SEO teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leading web development projects for a high-end web agency. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects from inception to completion. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Create project timelines, allocate resources, and manage project budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of web developers, including front-end and back-end developers. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Set team goals and monitor progress. Facilitate regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes for web development projects. Review and approve code to ensure it meets quality standards. Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix bugs and issues. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage client expectations, provide project updates, and address any concerns. Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify project requirements. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Technical Oversight: Stay updated on the latest web development technologies and trends. Ensure the successful integration of front-end and back-end components. Assist in resolving complex technical challenges.,
