Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development. You will work on innovative projects that leverage AI and ML to drive business solutions and enhance our product offerings. Location- Noida Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications in various business areas. Evaluate and enhance existing models by incorporating new data and techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies. Document processes, create technical specifications, and present findings to stakeholders. Assist in mentoring junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Knowledge of databases and data processing technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying ML models. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques. Understanding of software development practices, including version control and agile methodologies.,
