JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for quality customer acquisition according to the business's product offerings. The role involves adherence to the bank's processes and policies, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating closely with relevant teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target Create and maintain strict credit discipline, ensuring zero defaults in recovery Monitor the loan portfolio, including conducting loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices, while continuously contributing to their improvement Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting Understand customer needs and respond to queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining signatures and notarization, and collecting fees Perform any other work assigned from time to time
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of relevant experience in BFSI domain.
