Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specification 3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc 5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 6. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 8. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 9. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market 10. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 11. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition 12. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 13. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 14. Scheduling support In Talent Identification and Definition you will be assessing current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. What are we looking for Strategic Talent Sourcing Talent Management Talent Sourcing Talent Strategy Results orientation Strong analytical skills Experience in research and development Collaboration and interpersonal skills ATS (Application Tracking System) experience will be an added advantage HR Domain or TA certification would be an added advantage Excellent MS Office and MS-Excel skills Proficient with Operational Excellence practices A minimum of 3 years of prior people management experience Excellent Verbal Communication Skills Customer Service Skill Test (Psychometric Test) Email Writing Skills HR Analytics 1. In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free 2. Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required 3. Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible 4. Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client. 5. Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically 6. Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon 7. Assist Team with performing Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions 8. Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts,
