What role will you play In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective data solutions, maintaining technical excellence and adopting innovative technologies. What you offer Extensive experience in data engineering and managing complex data platform projects; Proven leadership skills in managing and developing engineering teams; Proficiency in data architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), AWS services, Kubernetes, and Docker; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making; and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
