Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Training and Development intern. The successful candidate will work closely with our training team to assist in the development and delivery of training content, help with instructional design, provide excellent customer service to learners, and communicate effectively with the team. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with research, creating and updating training materials, facilitating training sessions, and providing. feedback to improve the learner experience. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Training or Instructional Design experience Strong customer service skills Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Experience with learning management systems (LMS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and remotely Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or related field
