Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Business/Finance Analysts role located in Kochi @ the corporate HQ with flexibility for some remote work. As an analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data, performing research and analysis, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with your team to develop insights into market trends, evaluate financial/business performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities. The role is strictly restricted to. enthusiastic and enterprising individuals with the required adrenaline for taking up the challenge as you would be joining the dynamic team of the CEO and directly reporting to him Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (CA,CFA, CPA) is a plus. analytical and critical thinking skills 1-3 years of relevant experience. Even confident freshers can apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling preferred Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT presentations other financial software tools Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
