Title - Trainee Paraplanner - US
Shift - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
5 days working (Sat & Sunday off)
Training Duration - 3 months (Stipend will be 23k - 25k per month)
Salary after training - 3.2 LPA to 3.6 LPA
Overview of the Role
This role deals with financial planning and analysis. You will be required to manage all incoming workflow from your assigned client and work with him/her to build financial plans and suitable strategies to meet investment objectives and mitigate risk.
Role Dimensions
-Onboarding new clients and maintain communication with existing clients.
-Prepare financial analyses and financial plans for clients (eMoney and Holistiplan)
-Assisting in analysis, rebalancing, and review of investment portfolios (Morningstar and TRX)
-Conduct need-analysis pertaining to insurance, mortgage, investments, and taxes.
-Providing support for processing client service needs using Fidelity Wealthscape software.
-Assisting with creation and implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance client experience.
-Prepare meeting agendas and reports for client presentation and meetings.
-Maintain client records in the CRM (Redtail).
Requirements
Skill Set
-MBA (Finance), CFP (Pursuing) or CFA (Pursuing).
-Well versed with investment and insurance concepts.
-Proficient in MS Office suite, e-Money, Redtail and Wealthscape
-Excellent Communication skills (Oral and written)
-Ability to work independently.
-3-5 years of work experience in financial sector (Insurance, banking and mutual fund
