Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess. candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the hiring process. Stay current with trends and advancements in the healthcare industry to understand the skills and qualifications required for various roles. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on healthcare roles preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency with recruitment software and candidate databases. Strong organizational and time management skills.
