: We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team onsite in Indore. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate relationships, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities: Source qualified healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the selection process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to establish a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws. and regulations, maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management to evaluate recruitment performance. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry. Knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
